Shipping & Returns
Monthly Artwork — あさひさんの作品
Shipping is calculated at checkout. All shipments are fully insured. If your work arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will send a replacement work. In the event of loss confirmed by the carrier's tracking system, we will send a replacement work.
Delivery
International shipping via DHL / EMS. Estimated 7–14 business days from dispatch. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping is included in the experience fee. All shipments are fully insured. If your work arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will do our best to assist. In the event of loss confirmed by the carrier's tracking system, we will offer a full refund of the experience fee.
